1) State RACES Set will be held on Satuday, Jan 21st.
2) Next ARES meeting will be on Monday, Feb 6th at 7pm. Topic will be the demo of the NBEMS software and emergency communications.
3) The Ryves Youth Center Amateur Radio Club is collaboration with the East Side Outdoor Radio Club the the Vigo County ARES to provide a two day Technician Class. The Class will begin on Friday, Feb17th from 6pm to 9pm. Then again on Saturday 9am to 7pm with testing. 1) Next ARES meeting wil be on Monday, Feb 6th 7pm at the Glas-Col building. We will be evaulating the NBEMS FLDIGI software so if you have an HT and or a Laptop computer please feel free to bring them. We will have copies of the software for distribution if interested.

Members of the IRC, RCA and IMS radio clubs will begin on Monday, Jan 3th and operat through Sunday February the 5th ending at 23:59 local time. There will be a special commemorative QSL card so check QRZ.com for more details. Please note that the are not allowed by NFL rules to mention the term "SUPER BOWL" on the air.
